The Sound & Movement Program combines the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and Rhythmic Movement Training (RMT) to retune the Nervous System and to strengthen the Brain Stem. This combination allows the nervous system to feel more grounded and calm while supporting a strong foundational brain stem. The certified practitioner will come to your home 5 days a week (M-F) for 15-20 minutes to deliver the program and to discuss progress.
