Welcome to the Sound & Movement Program!
Please view the following videos in their entirety before starting the program. The movements can be done in any order and for any duration as long as your child is comfortable and calm. *The activities mentioned are options if the movements do not take the full 10 minutes, or if only the listening part of the program is being done.

For each exercise below, please make note how easy/difficult it is for the participant to do the exercise on a scale of 1-5 (1 being easy, 5 being very difficult) at the start of the program and at the end of the program.
